After 20+ years running retail stores, I kept facing the same problems. Products expiring on shelves. Employees unsure what to promote. Overstocking that tied up money. Understocking that lost customers.

We stocked items customers didn't care about, while our best-sellers were missing. We couldn't tell which products were returnable. Staff forgot to pull expired stock. Sometimes customers found it, and walked away forever.

Weekly operations felt like guesswork. No clear visibility. No way to track what was working. Just spreadsheets, phone calls, and frustration.

And when I added more stores, the stress multiplied. I couldn't tell if one store was profitable while another was losing money. There was no real-time control, only looking back after it was too late.
